Pre-Employment Evaluations

Pre-employment evaluations are required for Cadets entering the Police Academy, Police Service Aids, Lateral Cadets, rehires, Prisoner Transport Cadets, and any other employee that is required. The testing and interviewing performed are to determine an applicant’s suitability to serve as a law enforcement. These are done by a contracted PhD psychologist.
