Monthly Progress Update: Community Invited to Learn More, Latest APD Progress Report
The Albuquerque Police Department is once again partnering with Albuquerque's Community Policing Councils to host discussions concerning the Department's Settlement Agreement. The goal is to update the community on progress and new goals for the City and Department concerning our Court Approved Settlement Agreement. There will also be time for questions and answers.
Meetings will be hosted in each of the city's six area commands (six total meetings) and will occur during the regularly scheduled Community Policing Councils.
This is a wonderful opportunity for the community to meet the members of the independent Community Policing Councils as well as the officers and APD command staff who work in the corresponding area commands.
We are thankful to the Community Policing Councils (CPCs) for their openness to host these city-wide briefings.
