APD investigating homicide at NW motel

ALBUQUERQUE – APD’s Homicide Unit is investigating an overnight shooting death at a motel in Northwest Albuquerque.

Officers responded today at 2:15 a.m. to reports of a shooting at the Days Inn, located at 6031 Iliff, N.W. Officers located a deceased male on the property. The scene was secured and started a homicide investigation.
