ALeRT Offender Arrest: Dillonne Tuttle

ALBUQUERQUE – Albuquerque Police Department officers arrested Dillonne Tuttle, 27, for Auto Theft Charges and Outstanding Probation Violation Warrants.
Mr. Tuttle is an ALeRT offender who was identified by a multi-agency program that tracks offenders who continuously commit crimes in the community.
On 08/11/2021 officers were patrolling the area of Crest and Amherst Dr SE when they observed a vehicle occupied with two subjects. After running the license plate through NCIC, it was discovered the vehicle was reported stolen on August 6th. A High Risk Felony Stop was conducted where a male driver, identified as Dillonne Tuttle, was taken into custody. The female occupant advised officers that Tuttle had brought the vehicle home a few days prior without keys to start it. It was then confirmed Tuttle had two Probation Violation Warrants active for his arrest. Tuttle was transported to the Prison Transport Center without incident.
Mr. Tuttle has 5 Felony arrests including Child Abuse, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, multiple counts of Burglary of a Vehicle, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Armed Robbery, and Receiving or Transferring a Stolen Motor Vehicle.
Mr. Tuttle has been booked into Metropolitan Detention Center. He will appear before a Metropolitan Court Judge in the near future.
As part of the Analysis-Led Recidivism Team (ALeRT), the Albuquerque Police Department collaborates with the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office, Rio Rancho Police Department, New Mexico State Police, New Mexico Probation & Parole, the FBI and the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office to achieve a high rate of prosecution in addressing community concerns of crime and disorder.
