On June 8, 2024, officers with the Southeast Area Command were dispatched to a shooting near Cochiti and Indiana. Upon arrival, officers located one subject deceased from gunshot wounds. A second victim was also transported to UNMH for multiple gunshot wounds. A homicide investigation is underway.
