On December 30, 2019, Foothills officers were dispatched to a shot's fired call at 13325 Oriente NE. Officers arrived on scene and located one male subject in the roadway, unconscious and not responsive. The male appeared to have suffered trauma to the head. AFR responded to the scene and the male was determined to be deceased. The victim was later identified as Emilio Salcido.
