Approved Framework Plans
These Framework Plans were originally adopted as Master Plans or Sector Development Plans for large communities that were approved under the Planned Communities Criteria.
When the Integrated Development Ordinance became effective on May 17, 2018, these plans became the required Framework Plans for areas zoned Planned Community (PC).
