ABQ-PLAN is an improved software platform that has replaced our POSSE and ePlan systems with a new user-friendly public portal and dashboard that allows users to manage individual projects, submit plans, schedule inspections, pay fees, and more. POSSE and ePlan users can create an ABQ-PLAN account with the same email address to access their data.
