Please note that our rental process is changing effective April 1, 2025. Beginning April 1, the paper based application will no longer be accepted and all requests must be submitted through our online processing system.

Facility rental available from November 1st - August 31st. No facilities are available to rent during September and October. Please note that peak season rentals (May - August) will fill one year in advance. Applications will only be accepted 3 to 12 months before your event. Reservations will be taken on a first-come first-served basis. Please see contact information on this page to book or for more information.

Event Center Pricing
- $100 - Non-Refundable Application Fee
- $750/day - Facility Rental Fee
- $250 - Refundable Damage Deposit
- $150 - Audio Visual
- $250 - Dance Floor 12X12
Banquet Hall
- Spacious seating for 220 guests
- Roomy and welcoming bar area which can hold additional guests
- Inviting outdoor patio with gazebo, pergola, and fire pit
- Full Audio-Visual System Available for an additional $150 (LCD TV, Microphones & Sound)
- Tables and chairs provided with rental for 220 people
- Catering welcome. Cold food prep only
- If space is available 30 day prior, we will allow rehearsals before the event at $50/hour for max of 4 hours.
Upper Deck Patio
- Seating for 250 guests or up to 485 standing cocktail
- 1/3 upper deck covered with canopy
- Exceptional views of the Sandia Mountains
- Tables and chairs provided with rental for 200 people
- Catering welcome. Cold food prep only
- If space is available 30 days prior, we will allow rehearsals before the event at $50/hour.
