Open Space Facilities, Reservations, and Permits

• Los Poblanos Gazebo Reservation
• Open Space Special Use Permit
  
  • For smaller events on Open Space properties, including runs, complete this permit application.
• City Special Event Permit
  
  • This permit is required for large events that may affect more than one department. The approval from Open Space in the City system serves as the permit. Be sure to have on display proof of insurance required for events over 100 participants.
• Film Permit
• Research Permit (Includes General Research & Studies on Wildlife)

Please note that permits are reviewed several times per year, not continuously. Be sure to submit the permit application at least two months prior to the event.
