Like the moon, artists wax and wane. Our group encourages each other to begin again and keep making art.
Luna Project is a collective of ever changing, evolving women artists who joined together in 2023. We work in a variety of media and meet frequently to nourish each individual's creativity through the sharing of ideas, critique, and encouragement. Luna Project has exhibited in Albuquerque at Mariposa, Weyrich, Tortuga, Harwood, Oasis, Zendo, Albuquerque International Airport, and the Open Space Visitor Center galleries. The members of Luna Project are: Lauri Dickinson, Mary Dornacker, Catherine Eaves, Nance Elsinger, Marta Light, Joani Murphy, Margy O'Brien, Nancy Rutland, Phyllis Benia Salazar, Kristin Thatcher, and Alice Webb.
