On-Call Engineering/Architectural Services for the Transit DepartmentBidding documents. The services to be provided by the consultant for this Request for Proposal (RFP) may include all work to support the activities necessary to, study, plan, develop and implement a variety of projects as they relate to Transit for ABQ RIDE throughout the service area. The scope will include architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering, planning and other professional services to the Transit Department/ABQ Ride on as-needed, on-call basis. Services may include: site plans, site surveys, scoping and estimating, planning/master planning, conditions assessments, historic preservation and environmental assessments, feasibility studies, public outreach, construction management/observation, and right of way acquisition. Proposals from professional Engineering/Architectural firms must be emailed to [email protected] by the deadline noted. For now, a copy of your general and professional liability insurance coverage is acceptable in lieu of the notary stamp.
