RFP 01-2025: Housing Conversion Projects

The Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency (“MRA”) invites developers to submit proposals for projects that will convert commercial and hotel buildings into new housing units. Projects must be within one of MRA’s 22 designated Metropolitan Redevelopment Areas (“MR Areas”), and must include at least 20% affordable housing. The City has up to $4 million ($4,000,000) in gap financing available to support an achievable project that meets the goals and objectives of the relevant Redevelopment Area Plan(s), and the Threshold and Evaluation Criteria outlined in this RFP.
