Renovate and Reinvest Property Improvement Match Grant Program Eligibility Application

Property owners must be eligible to apply for the Renovate and Reinvest Property Improvement Match Grant program.

The Renovate & Reinvest Property Improvement Match Grant aims to facilitate investment by supporting improvements in eligible Metropolitan Redevelopment Areas. The match grant offers property owners a cost-effective opportunity to make significant and noticeable enhancements, ultimately contributing to improved economic performance for their businesses and the community.

Property Owners can check eligibility by following these easy steps:

Project Information
A cash match is required. Match is based on the total number of employees, with full-time employees counting as one and part-time employees counting as 0.5, with the match proportion as follows: Less than five employees on payroll, 5% match of total request.5-10 employees on payroll, 10% match of total request. 10-20 employees on payroll, 15% match of total request. 20-50 employees on payroll, 20% match of the total request More than 50 employees on payroll, 40% match of total request. For example, I own Doug Dimmadome Diner and have two full-time employees and four part-time employees (equal to two FT employees). I will apply for a $95,000 grant for signage, window replacement, and plumbing upgrades, and I have a match of 5%, or $4,750.
