Mayor Keller on Appointment of Deb Haaland to U.S. Secretary of the Interior

Following the news today that President-elect Biden intends to name Representative Deb Haaland as U.S. Secretary of the Interior, Mayor Tim Keller released the following statement:

“Congratulations to my longtime friend and colleague, Deb Haaland, who continues to make history. The Secretary of the Interior is a crucial post for Albuquerque and New Mexico, and there is no one better for the job.”
