The Wellness at Work platform is engaging, highly personalized and makes it easy to stay focused on your well-being by providing you with all the tools and resources you need.
There are a lot of new features like Challenges you can create for you and your co-workers, Journeys where you can learn new things, Topics of Interest allows you to select and personalize your experience, daily well-being nudges, and more.
Your well-being is a priority, and it is because of that we are bringing you a new way to achieve your goals. Whether your successes come easily or with great effort, you can now achieve them with the support of a new well-being tool and one healthy habit at a time.
Some key features of the new Virgin Pulse Wellness at Work Platform include the following:
- The platform is mobile optimized, allowing members to access all of the resources through an app on their phones and pc.
- The platform provides personalized experience based on the user’s interests and goals.
- Gamification and daily prompts will boost engagement.
- Access to the platform is the same.
✅Health Check:
ALL benefits-eligible City of Albuquerque, Entity employees, and their spouses or domestic partners are eligible to complete the confidential online Health Check and receive a $25 gift card from the BetterHealth Program. Benefits-eligible means if you are a City of Albuquerque employee or Government Entity employee and your organization participates in our health plan, you and your dependents have access to Wellness at Work, regardless of whether you're enrolled in the City's Health Plan with Presbyterian.
One gift card may be earned every calendar year for completing the confidential assessment. Health Check information will reset every year on January 1.
