Contracts Awarded Under the City of Albuquerque
The Department of Health, Housing & Homelessness requires that all entities awarded contracts with the City of Albuquerque to deliver social services shall read and comply with the Administrative Requirements for Contracts Awarded Under the City of Albuquerque.
The City of Albuquerque, Department of Family and Community Services (“Department”) are updating two key operational documents associated with social service contracts.
Thank you to all the agencies who participated in the public meetings and provided public comment into the drafting of the updated Administrative Requirements for Contracts Awarded Under the City of Albuquerque. The new Administrative Requirements will be effective for contracts beginning July 1, 2023 or later.
In preparation for the implementation of the updated Administrative Requirements, two trainings have been held to provide technical assistance. It is mandatory that each agency who anticipates contracting with the City of Albuquerque in FY2024 attend/view one of the trainings.
