Join us for a free yoga class created to help you feel better in your body, more grounded emotionally, and clearer mentally taught by Erika, who also speaks Spanish.
Each class will start with a short meditation followed by movement designed to build strength and increase mobility and flexibility. Classes are offered in a non-competitive, safe, and supportive environment for all participants. Mats and blocks will be available for use, or you may bring your own.
