Join us for a gentle flow yoga class created to help you feel better in your body, more grounded emotionally, and clearer mentally. Classes are taught by Erika, who speaks Spanish and English.
Each class will start with a short meditation followed by movement designed to build strength and increase mobility and flexibility. Classes are offered in a non-competitive, safe, and supportive environment for all participants. Mats and blocks will be available for use, or you may bring your own
