Description
This class includes a mix of standing, seated, and balancing poses, twists and gentle inversions. The use of props will be encouraged and modifications for
beginner and advanced students will be given to practice safely. The flow can vary from slow and deliberate to more dynamic. Breath work and meditation
will be included in each class. ideal for beginners looking to start a practice, as well as seasoned yogis wanting to deepen or revisit the basics.
