Thank you for submitting a Facility Usage/Rental Request form. Please print this for your records. Requests will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. The purpose of this form is to request a community center reservation and thus, it does NOT guarantee the reservation. Approval varies by site and is approved by community center management staff. Approval may take up to 14 business days. Availability may change until the contract is in place. If you have any questions please call 767-5834. All City of Albuquerque Community Centers are alcohol, drug and smoke free facilities.
