Ad Hoc Rules Committee was created to establish the Board Policies and Procedures

On February 8, 2024, the Board approved the formation of an Ad hoc Committee tasked with developing the Board's policies and procedures in consultation with the Executive Director. The City Council subsequently approved these policies and procedures and enacted them on October 21, 2024, in accordance with the Civilian Police Oversight Ordinance. The committee was dissolved on November 14, 2024.

Meetings were scheduled every other Wednesday as needed at 4:00 p.m. and the meetings were held in the Plaza Del Sol Building, 600 2nd Street NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87103.
