City Councilor Pat Davis Elected to Serve as City Council President
Councilor Renee Grout to serve as Vice President and Councilor Brook Bassan to serve as Chairwoman for the Committee of the Whole.

At tonight’s City Council Meeting, City Councilor Pat Davis was elected to serve as City Council President. Councilor Davis, District 6, will be serving as President for the second time, previously serving in 2020.
City Councilor Renee Grout, District 9, was elected to serve as Vice President and will be serving that position for the first time.
City Councilor Brook Bassan, District 4, was elected to serve as Chair for the Committee of Whole and will be serving that position for the second time, previously serving that position last year. The Committee of the Whole consists of all nine Councilors acting as a committee, to consider the Operating Budget and Capital Improvements Program proposed by the Mayor.
