Background
The intersection of Unser Boulevard with Boulder Trail/Blue Feather will be completed and opened with Phase 1 design of the combined Unser and Paseo del Norte project. The intersection will include dedicated left turn lanes from Unser. The intersection will have infrastructure installed to support signalization, at a minimum. There has not been a signal warrant analysis at the intersection; however, projected traffic volumes will be used to determine if a signal is warranted at the time of construction.
