The Office of the City Clerk ("Office") hereby gives notice that the Office will conduct a public hearing on the described rules below.

A public hearing will be held in-person on Friday, December 15, 2023 from 9:00 - 10:00am at the Plaza Del Sol Building, 600 2nd St. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102, Basement Hearing Room. 

 

The purpose of this meeting is to obtain public input on the proposed Electronic Database Fee. The public hearing allows members of the public an opportunity to submit testimony and arguments in person on the proposed rule changes posted above.

Authority: NMSA 1978, § 14-3-18(E)(3): “A county or municipality that has inserted data in a computer database shall authorize an electronic copy to be made of the computer database of a public record on a currently available electronic medium for a person if the person agrees to pay a reasonable fee based upon the cost of . . . personnel time to research and retrieve the electronic record.”
