Notice of Proposed Rule Making – Intragovernmental Conference Committee

Notice hereby given that the Intragovernmental Conference Committee (ICC), which governs the separation of powers within the City of Albuquerque, is seeking public input on proposed new rules and regulations. We value the perspective of our residents, community stakeholders, and other interested parties in shaping these important policies. The ICC will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 9, 2024 at 11:00am during their regularly scheduled monthly meeting on Zoom. 

 

The ICC will consider, discuss, and potentially take action on the proposed ICC rules and regulations.

The proposed ICC rules and regulations will be available on the City Clerk's website and for inspection at the Office of the City Clerk, located at Plaza Del Sol Building, 600 Second Street NW, 7th Floor, Albuquerque, NM 87102, during regular business hours one week before the public meeting date of September 9. 

Public Comment:

The ICC will take public comment on the proposed ICC rules and regulations in person and in written form by email through 9:00am the day of the meeting. Submissions for public comment can be directly emailed to Cristobal Rocha at [email protected]. Please use the subject line: Public Comment: Proposed ICC Rules and Regulations. These comments will automatically be distributed to the ICC members for consideration.
