Notice of Proposed Rulemaking – Civilian Police Oversight Advisory Board Policies and Procedures
Notice is hereby given that the Civilian Police Oversight Advisory Board (CPOAB) will hold a Public Hearing on September 12, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. during their regular monthly CPOAB meeting in the Vincent E. Griego Chambers, basement level of the City of Albuquerque Government Center, at One Civic Plaza NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102.
The CPOAB will consider, discuss, and potentially take action on the Proposed CPOAB Policies and Procedures.

The Proposed CPOAB Policies and Procedures will be available on the City Clerk’s website, posted in the lobby of City Hall at One Civic Plaza NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102, the Civilian Police Oversight Agency’s website at https://www.cabq.gov/cpoa/news/notice-of-proposed-rulemaking-civilian-police-oversight-agency and at the Civilian Police Oversight Agency (CPOA) office, located at Plaza Del Building, 600 Second Street, NW, 8th Floor, Room 813, Albuquerque, NM, 87102 during regular business hours, two weeks before September 12, 2024, public meeting date.
Public Comment:
The CPOAB will take public comment on the Proposed CPOAB Policies and Procedures in person and in written form via email through 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Submission for public comment can be emailed directly to the CPOAB at [email protected]. Please use the Subject Line- Public Comment: Proposed CPOAB Policies and Procedures. These comments will automatically be distributed to all CPOAB Members for consideration.
