Celebrate the Splendors of Autumn at the ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden's Harvest Festival Oct. 7 and 8
As the leaves begin to change colors and a crisp autumn breeze fills the air, the ABQ BioPark is thrilled to announce its much-anticipated Harvest Festival at the Botanic Garden, a seasonal celebration of nature and community on October 7 and 8. This family-friendly event promises a cornucopia of activities and entertainment for visitors of all ages.
Purchasing tickets in advance at https://tinyurl.com/3bvbpc97 is recommended but not required. Tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for children 3-12 and seniors 65+. Admission for children under 3 is free. New Mexico BioPark Society members receive at 50% discount.
Local bands will perform on multiple stages throughout the garden from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Other fun activities include face painting; photo opps with seasonal scenery; an artisan market with handcrafted goods; Discovery Stations with educational activities; and a variety of festival treats such as BBQ and loaded apple wedges from Shark Reef Cafe. In addition, visitors can purchase pints of delicious cider made from apples grown at the Botanic Garden. A variety of local brews also will be available for purchase for those 21 and over.

- 10 a.m. – Nathaniel Krantz - country
- 12 p.m. – Baracutanga - Latin
- 2 p.m. – Watermelon Mountain Jug Band- country/bluegrass
Other performers include Porter Draw; Dust City Opera; Matt Jones; Ryan Smith; Kyle Martin; Lasotras; The Cumberlands; Vibestrong; Acoustic Secret 7 Duo; and NM Marimba.
