Spring Contests: #bioparkblooms Photo Contest and Name that Bloom
Promotions run March 14-May 11, 2014.
Name that Bloom
- Like the BioPark on Facebook and watch for "Name that Bloom" photos.
- Comment on the photo with the common name of the plant.
- We will randomly select a winner at 9 a.m. the next morning from among the correct commenters.
- Winner's name will be posted in the photo caption and we will reply to the winner's comment to notify them.
- Winner must message or email us with their email address to claim their prize.

Prizes
We’ll giveaway a pair of tickets weekly by selecting a random winner from entries each Friday at 4 p.m.
Two "Big Winners" will recieve spring-themed gift baskets.
- People's Choice goes to the photo with the most votes. Voting is open until 11:59pm MST on May 18.
- Gardeners' Choice will be selected by our horticulture staff.
Enter in two ways:
- Visit http://woobox.com/cfb3b5 and upload your photos through Facebook.
- On Twitter or Instagram, follow @abqbiopark and post your photo with hashtag #bioparkblooms.
Contest participants can vote and encourage their friends to vote for their photo(s) on the contest tab on our Facebook page.
Promotion Rules
Name that Bloom
1. This competition (hereinafter the “promotion”) is run by ABQ BioPark.
2. By entering this promotion you agree to these terms and conditions which will at that time become binding between you and ABQ BioPark. Your participation in the promotion is in consideration for ABQ BioPark allowing you to enter it and giving you the opportunity to win.
3. No purchase is necessary in order to enter the promotion. There is no fee charged to enter into this promotion other than the cost of you accessing the Internet which you would otherwise have.
4. Employees of ABQ BioPark, any business partner associated with this promotion or any of their group companies or its agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter or participate. Only one entry per person per photo is permitted.
5. The promotion opens at 16:00:00 MST on 2014-03-13. To be valid, Name that Bloom entries must be received before 9:00:00 MST on the day after the photo is posted. The entry period for the #bioparkblooms photo contest ends at 23:59:59 MST on 2014-05-11; voting ends at 23:59:59 MST on 2014-05-18.
6. The prize for the Name that Bloom promotion is an emailed voucher good for a pair of tickets to the ABQ BioPark. The prizes for the #bioparkblooms include weekly emailed vouchers and two "big winner" spring-themed gift baskets. There is no cash alternative instead of the prize.
7. The Name that Bloom winner will be selected at random by the platform used to collect the entries (Woobox). The #bioparkblooms weekly winner will be selected at random by the platform; the People's Choice winner will be the top vote getter and the Gardeners' Choice will be selected by the horticulture staff. ABQ BioPark’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be posted on and contacted via Facebook.
8. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner via Facebook. If a winner has not claimed their prize within 72 hours of the relevant promotion end date, the prize will revert to ABQ BioPark.
9. By participating in the Promotion you consent to ABQ BioPark collecting and processing the personal information you submit to ABQ BioPark, for the purpose of administering the Promotion, and otherwise in consistency with our privacy policy. ABQ BioPark will only share your personal information as is necessary to administer the Promotion.
10. Even though this promotion may be promoted on Facebook, this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, and, by entering, entrants agree and understand that Facebook cannot be held responsible or liable in any way for or in connection with this promotion. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the promoter and not to Facebook.
