Kirtland AFB Fire Department Building 1005, 2600 San Mateo Boulevard SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87117

KAFB is requesting a modification to Permit #3031-RV2 to remove the quinquennial stack testing requirement of KAFB unit 19130 (Emission Unit 13).  Emission Unit 13 consists of a 1,186-hp diesel emergency engine, which provides back up power in the event of a local utility power failure.  This modification will not change the currently permitted emission rates.
