GCC requests a new air quality permit for a Blended Cement Process with modified and new equipment.
GCC Rio Grande, Inc. submitted an application on April 4, 2023 for a new air quality construction permit to
the Air Quality Program (Program) of the City of Albuquerque Environmental Health Department.
The applicant is requesting a construction permit to authorize the use of additional additive materials in the
finish mills as well as install new equipment to allow GCC to produce different types of blended cement.
