Incorporate Regional Haze State Implementation Plan (SIP) requirements in GCC’s construction permit.

The Air Quality Program (Program) of the City of Albuquerque Environmental Health Department (EHD) will reopen and modify GCC’s construction permit 2197-M2 pursuant to 20.11.41.29 NMAC and 20.11.41.30 NMAC. The Air Quality Program (Program) of the EHD will modify the permit in accordance with the long-term strategy control and emission limit requirements in the Regional Haze SIP revision for the second planning period. The emission rates will not increase with this modification. This file has been assigned Permit Application No. 2197-M3.
