GCC Rio Grande, Inc. submitted an application on July 12, 2023, and additional information on September 5, 2023, for an air quality permit modification to the Air Quality Program (Program) of the City of Albuquerque Environmental Health Department.
The applicant is requesting a modification to the permitted emission rates to authorize a short-term pounds per-hour increase due to operational fluctuations that may occur during the operating day. The yearly emissions will not increase.
