The applicant is requesting to modify Permit #0491-M7-RV1 with the following:

1. The applicant requests to remove annual compliance testing permit requirements for three emergency engines. The applicant requests to operate each engine for 500 hours per year to provide back-up power to the facility when there is a loss of commercial power.
2. The applicant seeks to modify two natural gas fired boilers using updated information from the manufacturer:
   1. Modify the process rate for Unit #5 from 10.461 MMBtu/hr to 8.369 MMBtu/hr.
   2. Modify the process rate for Unit #6 from 5.250 MMBtu/hr to 5.175 MMBtu/hr.
