The applicant is requesting a modification to Permit #0752-M3-1TR to include.

• The Company is proposing a modification to this permit to authorize an increase in annual throughputs for Units 12a and The permitted hourly value of 200 tons per hour (tph) each for Units 12a and 12b will remain unchanged, but the annual value of 39,000 tons per year (tpy) each will increase to 919,800 tpy for Unit 12a and 963,600 tpy for Unit 12b. As such, overall annual particulate site emissions will be increasing as a result of this permit modification and all other sources as represented in the permit will remain unchanged.
