Additional Regional Haze Four Factor Analysis materials available

EHD has updated its Regional Haze planning web page with additional materials regarding a Regional Haze Four Factor Analysis for the GCC Rio Grande Inc. cement manufacturing facility in Tijeras, New Mexico.
The new materials include a review of GCC's Four Factor Analysis. The review was performed by Eastern Research Group, Inc., a contractor to the Air Quality Program. The materials also include a letter by GCC responding to the review.
