About the Albuquerque 311 Skill
You can now ask your Alexa-enabled devices questions and report issues to the City of Albuquerque.
Getting Started
In order to use the ABQ311 skill, you need to enable it on your Amazon Alexa mobile application.
- Open the Amazon Alexa mobile application.
- Search for "ABQ311" in the Skills menu.
- Click "Enable" and sign into your Amazon account.
- Link ABQ311 to your account. This allows the skill to share your name, email address, ZIP code with the City of Albuquerque when reporting issues that cannot be reported anonymously, such as missed trash and large item pickup requests.
Using the Skill
Once the skill has been enabled, you simply need to say "Alexa, open Albuquerque 311" to launch and use the skill.
