The City of Albuquerque provides numerous services to low and moderate income residents in the form of emergency food, clothing, utility and rental assistance, as funding is available. Some of the programs include:

- The Emergency Food Assistance Program (T.E.F.A.P.)
- Emergency Diaper Assistance
- Clothing Bank (located at the Ruth M. Adams and John Marshall centers)- This service is offered by appointment only. Please call before to set up an appointment.
- Healthcare - The services offered by the health and social service agencies are available to any eligible residents of the State of New Mexico. Fees are based on income eligibility, insurance, or a sliding fee scale.
