How to Request a Record
ABQ Records Public Records Portal
Request to inspect public records using ABQ Records portal. You can also find records online, receive records in person, submit your request in-person at the Office of the City Clerk, or make a request by mail.
Albuquerque Fire Rescue Records Management is responsible for providing the community with EMS and Fire Reports while ensuring that all reports released are in compliance with HIPAA rules and confidentiality standards.

By law, under the Inspection of Public Records Act, NMSA 1978, 14-2-1 to -12, every person has the right to inspect public records maintained by the City of Albuquerque. The Act also makes compliance with requests to inspect public records an integral part of the routine duties of the officers and employees of the City of Albuquerque.
