APD investigating homicide in NE Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE – APD’s homicide unit is starting an investigation into a fatal shooting in the area of Paisano St. and Zia Rd. N.E., just north of I-40.

Officers with the Foothills Area Command responding to reports of a shooting around 12:30 p.m. Two shooting victims were located. One victim was determined to be deceased at the scene. The second victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
