Centrally located in Albuquerque's Uptown, Jerry Cline is one of Albuquerque's premier public tennis facilities. This facility consists of 17 tennis courts and 1 championship court. Lighting is available on 13 courts. Jerry Cline also offers a variety of programs including instruction, leagues, junior development, novice groups, tournaments, and drop-in tennis.

Court reservations are required and can be made by calling the facility directly. A ball machine is available for $10 per court hour.

Reservations

Reservations are accepted two days in advance. Weekend reservations are accepted on Thursdays. Courts may be reserved by telephone or in person.

Drop-In Tennis League

Drop-In Tennis is informal, friendly tennis play sponsored by the City of Albuquerque and run by the Jerry Cline Recreation and Tennis Center.

• Minimum intermediate skill level is required to qualify, determined by the Drop-In Coordinator.
• Juniors are generally not permitted, with exceptions.
• Cost is $5 per person; tennis balls are provided.
• All participants are expected to abide by the full Drop In policy.
• Arrive early to insure a spot.

Morning Drop-In on Tuesdays & Thursdays

Evening Drop-In on Mondays & Wednesdays

Please arrive early to insure your spot.

• Players sign in at 6 p.m.
• The first round begins as players arrive on a first come first serve basis.
• The last to arrive may have to begin with singles or the ball machine or not get in at all.
• Players have a choice of playing one, two, or three rounds.
