Celebrate your mom in the wildest way with a heartwarming day dedicated to moms of every kind — whether they have toes, paws, hooves, or claws. It’s a celebration the whole family will love.
Guests can enjoy live music throughout the Zoo, interactive animal discovery stations, and family-friendly activities. Make sure to stop by one of the many snack bars for a tasty treat or grab a specialty cocktail on the Bandshell. Visitors are also welcome to bring a picnic and relax on the grass.
Spend the day making memories and treat Mom to an experience fit for a queen.
BioPark Society Members receive 50% discount on tickets with active membership. Valid member card and ID required at gate.
Local Entertainment
Live music will fill the ABQ BioPark Zoo all day long, with seven performance areas located throughout the park.
Guests are invited to stroll to each habitat, enjoying a variety of local talent.

Discovery Stations
From 10 am - 2 pm the BioPark Education Volunteers will be located at interactive discovery stations throughout the event to teach attendees a little more about all the Zoo animals. Check back soon to see the full schedule.

Note: animal well-being, health, and safety are the BioPark’s top priorities and the animal care teams may occasionally need to cancel BioPark Connections.

Grab a bite to eat at one of the Zoo’s many snack bars, like the Cottonwood Café, where you can enjoy a green chile cheeseburger, pizza, sandwiches, and other tasty favorites. You can also pack your own meal and enjoy a picnic.

Purchase tickets online and choose your arrival time. Once you’re in, enjoy the event for as long as you’d like. Limited tickets may also be available at the gate.
Prohibited Items
Glass containers, weapons of any kind, alcohol, pop‑up tents, canopies, flower bouquets, flower petals, balloons, sports equipment, and piñatas are not allowed at the zoo. Pets are not allowed at the ABQ BioPark; only qualified service animals may enter.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited on all City property.
