Description
In Restorative Yoga we move slowly, taking time to set up each pose with the support of props. The focus on gentle stretching with longer holds encourages relaxation of the body and mind. This class is accessible to anyone who can get up and down from the floor independently. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
