Clean Vehicles Regulation Documents
Advanced Clean Vehicles: At the conclusion of a joint rulemaking hearing on November 13-16, 2023, the New Mexico Environment Improvement Board and the Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Air Quality Control Board voted to adopt the proposed rules. NMED and EHD proposed rules to adopt the latest California vehicle standards earlier that year.

Clean Cars I: At the conclusion of a joint hearing on May 4-5, 2022, the Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Air Quality Control Board and the New Mexico Environmental Improvement Board adopted the Clean Cars I Rule.
