Early voting for the Nov. 19 Runoff and Special Election to end Friday, Nov. 15.
Early Voting for the Runoff/Special Election will close at 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 15, 2013. Locations are open for the remainder of this week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The City Clerk urges interested voters to cast their ballots early to avoid any potential Election Day lines. Early Voters have come out in high volume, leading the City Clerk to anticipate an extremely busy Election Day.
Voters must have valid Photo Identification in order to cast ballots in the City’s election. View Early Voting Locations.
Friday is also the last day to issue absentee ballots to applicant voters. If voters have not already applied for an absentee ballot, they are encouraged to vote early if they wish to avoid Election Day voting.
On Election Day, November 19, 2013, voters can vote at any of the fifty (50) Voting Centers open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. A full list of Election Day voting locations is available on the City Clerk’s voting and elections webpage. The Election Day sites are the same ones as the City used in the October 8, 2013.
Voters are encouraged to know their vote prior to heading to the Voting Centers. Poll Workers are happy to provide information on the voting process, but cannot provide voters with information on the proposed ordinance. Sample ballots, as well as voter eligibility information, are available online at www.bernco.gov/mvi.
