Alarm fees and false alarm fines may be paid online, in person or by mail.
Methods of Payment
You may now pay your alarm fee or false alarm fine with a credit or debit card online.
Multiple invoices may be paid. A receipt will be emailed to you upon completion of your payment. Should you need assistance, you may call 311 or the False Alarm Reduction Unit at (505) 768-2144.
You may pay in person at the City Treasurers Office located at City Hall or at the City Treasurers Annex located at 600 2nd St NW, First Floor, Plaza Del Sol Building, Albuquerque, NM 87102. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:50 p.m. Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.
For your convenience you may pay by mail. Please DO NOT SEND CASH. Payment should be made by check or money order payable to the City of Albuquerque. Please write the invoice number on your check. Foreign or two party checks are not accepted. Mail to:

Appealing a False Alarm Notice
Any person or entity that receives a false alarm notice or notice of fines due may file a written appeal with the False Alarm Reduction Unit supervisor. The appeal must be received within 30 days of the false alarm.
