Applications accepted as complete as of May 16, 2018 and approved will continue to be governed by the regulations in the Comprehensive Zoning Code in effect at that time.
Applications submitted on or after May 17, 2018 will be reviewed, decided, and enforced for compliance with the regulations in the Integrated Development Ordinance in effect at that time. The Comprehensive Zoning Code will not apply.
