The Albuquerque Prescription Trails Program provides prescriptions for walking and wheelchair rolling and a walking guide that suggests routes in our community.
This guide will help you find some of the best park and trail walking paths in Albuquerque and Bernalillo County’s South Valley.

- Coronado Mall Walkers: Walks in the morning, daily. Information available at the Customer Service booth on the lower level.
Walking Log
Use a “Walking Log” to keep track of the date, distance, and time it took for your walk.
