Join us for our 25th annual trick-or-treat alternative at the ABQ BioPark Zoo on Oct. 26!
It's time for! We're celebrating 25 years of safe Halloween fun this year with games, Haunted Habitats, costumes and, of course, candy! Trick-or-treat from dozens of sponsoring businesses and civic organizations at tables throughout the Zoo.

Participants sign up on left side of bandshell. 12 screamers--judges choose top 3 and public applause chooses 1st place winner.
- 12:30 p.m. - Round 1
- 2:30 p.m. - Round 2
Kids Costume Contest
Participants (ages 12 and under) sign up on left side of bandshell. Judges choose top 3 and public applause chooses 1 winner from each category.
- 11:30 a.m. - Baby Boo and Cutest
- 1:30 p.m. - Best Boy Costume and Best Girl Costume
- 3:30 p.m. - Scariest and Funniest
Park and Ride
FREE Park and Ride is available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. from the Aquarium & Botanic Garden parking lot. The shuttle is a regular school bus and is not wheelchair accessible.
You can also avoid the traffic by taking a city bus. (Route 53 stops a block from the zoo. Routes 766 and 66 stop outside the Aquarium & Botanic Garden.)
