Albuquerque City pools admission, passes, wristbands, and discount hour. Online wristband sales are available May 28 at 7:00 am for May 30 swimming.
Dive Into Reading Summer Book Club
Read five books and earn a free day pass to any City Pool! (Children 14 and under). Print out the form and list the titles of each book and redeem at any City Pool between May 23 and August 1, 2026!
Each completed form will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $40 swim lesson credit!

Combo Passes
The general admission, month passes and annual passes are not good for Aquatics classes such as Water Aerobics and swimming lessons. The water aerobics daily visits and punch cards are not good for General Swim. We have created passes that are good for both Water Aerobics and General Swim.
- Combined Water Aerobic Adult: $300.00 Per Year

Wristband Purchasing Guidelines
- Buy wristbands online or
- Wristbands are only sold for a part of the year, usually in the summer months.
- Per the Aquatics Division refund policy: Wristbands are sold for a specific date and session time.
- Wristbands are not transferable to a later date or time.
- Rain checks or refunds will be issued in the case of closure for inclement weather or other pool closures.
- Unused wristbands will not be refunded after the date and time for which they were purchased has passed or if more than 30 minutes have passed since the session start time.
- Refunds will not be issued if pool access is restricted due to improper swim wear or if a patron is asked to leave the facility due to misconduct
- West Mesa, Eisenhower and Sierra Vista have a limited number of wristbands available two (2) days ahead of time for purchase online. For example, admission for a Wednesday will be on sale on Monday. The full capacity of a facility will not be sold online.
- West Mesa Aquatic Center may start selling wristbands earlier in the year for Friday nights and weekends as the weather warms up and demand for the facility increases.
West Mesa Aquatic Center
In person wristband sales are for same day only. During the Summer season Monday- Friday, wristbands go on sale starting at 6 a.m. day of, and will be sold until capacity is reached. During the Fall and Winter season Monday-Friday, wristbands go on sale starting at 4 p.m day of until capacity is reached. Weekend, Saturday and Sunday, wristbands go on sale starting at 11 a.m year round.
Sierra Vista Swim and Tennis Complex
Summer wristbands on weekdays for the day of a session go on sale starting at 7 a.m. day of. All three recreational swim sessions will be on sale and will be sold until capacity is reached. For example, on a Monday at 6 a.m. all three (3) recreational swim sessions will go on sale for that Monday. It should be noted that there are only three (3) sessions of recreational swim in the month of July. On weekends wristbands for the day of will be on sale starting at 11:00 a.m. For example, on a Saturday at 11 a.m. the two (2) recreational swim sessions will go on sale for that Saturday.
Eisenhower Pool
Summer wristbands on weekdays for the day of a session go on sale starting at 7 a.m. day of. All three recreational swim sessions will be on sale and will be sold until capacity is reached. For example, on a Monday at 7 a.m. all three (3) recreational swim sessions will go on sale for that Monday. Rio Grande Pool
Summer wristbands on weekdays for the day of a session go on sale starting at 7 am day of. There will be 30 wristbands on sale on www.play.cabq.gov. They can be purchase two days in advance at 9 a.m. Saturday and Sunday sales start at 12:15 pm. day of.
Discount Hours
- Friday Nights — $1.00 at all indoor pools evening recreational and lap swim times. Outdoor pools included during the summer season.
